1. Introduction
As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (In English abbreviated as GDPR; in Dutch: AVG) is in effect. The collection of data has always been crucial for us in order to support IT professionals and clients. We handle the data with great care, but we also want to provide adequate information on how we treat your data within our organization. That is why we have drawn up this Privacy Statement. IT4Hire B.V. is a private company with limited liability. We are based in Delft and are registered at the Chamber of Commerce under number 27296239. Our website has the goal to bring people together. We need data as a consequence. If we are not collecting data then we would not be able to liase between clients and IT professionals. Without the right data we simply can not make an appropriate match. We do not link products with products, but people with other people. Knowing who you are is essential in this respect. In this document we clearly state what information we collect, why we do it, how long we keep the data and how we secure the data. If you have any questions or comments after reading this document, you can contact our employee who is responsible for the data collection via info@IT4Hire.nl. If you have privacy-related complaints about our services, we also ask you to use this email address. Our employee will handle these requests or complaints carefully and will contact you if necessary. Via PO box 93374, 2509 AJ Den Haag, The Netherlands there is the possibility to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
2. Objectives for processing data
In order to be able to link IT Professionals and clients, we collect, process and store personal data. Our goal is faciliating IT professionals and companies. In the first place, we inform Companies and / or IT professionals about a potential match. Then we guide IT professionals during an intake. Finally, we take care of the contractual arrangements with the IT professionals and with the Companies. In each phase we need personal and company data in order to carry out our tasks.
3. Legal basis
We only process your personal data with your explicit consent or when we are legally obliged to do so. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing prior to that withdrawal.
4. Personal data
If you contact one of our employees or show an interest in a project or an IT professional via our website, we will include the personal data provided by you in our database. We only store personal data and company data that are necessary to realize our processing objectives. We make every effort to properly secure your personal data. The security of data sent over the internet can never be guaranteed because this security also depends on factors that we do not control (e.g. the anti-virus measures that IT professionals and clients have to take). If you are an independent service provider, we process your personal data in order to enter into a service agreement with you. Data that we process relates to the projects that may be suitable for the match (such as your CV and other relevant information and correspondence with us regarding projects). In this way, we can inform you about existing and future possibilities with our clients.
5. Storing personal data
We store personal data as long as it necessary to complete the matching procedure (s). If we expect to be able to offer other interesting projects in the future, we will store your personal data for these purposes. We store your data in our database, on a server in a secure environment. Only authorized employees have access to this environment. There is a security protocol that covers the entire chain from the office to the Dutch data center. If we have not received new approval to store the data, we will automatically delete personal data 36 months after the GDPR (AVG) has come into effect.
